- Log inLog in with your username or your email address and your password. If you forgot the password, reset it or ask for a login link by email.
- Log in with a link by emailOn the login page, choose Email me a login link and enter your email address. The link logs you in without a password, once, within 60 minutes.
- Forgot your passwordOpen Forgot your password on the login page and enter your username or email. We email you a link; open it and a new password is sent to you.
- Change your passwordOpen Settings, enter the new password twice in the Account section and save. You then log in again with the new password.
- Change your email addressOpen Settings, replace the address in the Account section and save. The new address is then your login and where our emails go.
- Your username and why it cannot be changedYour username is public and has 4 to 32 letters, numbers or underscores. It is chosen at sign-up and cannot be changed afterwards.
- Edit your profileOpen Edit profile in Your corner to change your photos, your About me text and your details. Empty fields stay hidden on your profile.
- Your profile pictureYour profile picture shows on your profile, on your cards and in conversations. Pick one of your photos for it; the team checks every new one.
- Make your profile visible to members onlyIn Settings under Privacy, switch on Only members see my profile. Visitors who are not logged in can then no longer open your profile.
- Your settings at a glanceSettings holds your email address and password, your privacy switches, your notifications, your email preferences, your plan and your blocked list.
- Emails about new messagesIn Settings under Notifications you choose whether panty.com emails you about new messages, at most once a day if you like, and the newsletter.
- Choose which emails you getSwitch groups of emails on or off in Settings under Emails, or with the link Choose which emails you get at the bottom of our emails.
- Stop emails from panty.comUse the links at the bottom of any email, or switch the email groups and the message notifications off in your settings.
- Delete your accountOpen Settings, choose Delete account, give a reason and confirm. Your profile, listings and conversations are no longer visible, and you are logged out.
- Your account is closed or limitedA closed account can no longer be used. A limited account has some features paused. In both cases support can tell you more.
- Log out and stay safe on shared devicesLog out with Log out in Your corner or in your settings. On a device other people use, log out every time and do not save the password.
- Who visited your profileYour corner shows how many members looked at your profile. The Visitors list names them, latest visit first.
- Your numbers in Your cornerYour corner shows your new messages, your visitors, your followers and the members you follow. Sellers also see their listings by status.
- Followers and FollowingFollowing lists the members you follow, Followers the members who follow you. Sellers on the free plan see how many followers they have, not who.
