- Premium plans and pricesPremium costs 19 US dollars for 30 days, 59.95 for 6 months or 99.95 for 12 months. Card plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Get PremiumOpen the Premium page, choose a plan and a payment method and complete the payment. Premium is active as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Pay for Premium by cardCard payments for Premium are processed by CCBill. You enter your card on CCBill's payment form, and the plan renews automatically until you cancel.
- How Premium renewsA Premium plan paid by card renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel it.

- Your card was declinedNothing was charged. Check the card details, ask your bank to allow the payment or try another card on the Premium page.
- A charge on your card statementCard payments for Premium are processed by CCBill, in US dollars. If you cannot place a charge, CCBill's support can look it up for you.
- Refundspanty.com cannot refund a payment between a buyer and a seller. For a Premium payment, the Terms apply and support looks at your case.
- You paid but Premium is not activePremium switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Reload the Premium page, and contact support if it stays off.
- The page says your Premium is already activeWhile your Premium is running, the Premium page shows its end date instead of the plans, and a second card payment is refused.
- Why Premium prices are in US dollarsPremium is priced and billed in US dollars on every language site. Your bank converts the amount to your own currency.
- Premium for buyersBuyers do not need Premium to contact sellers. Buyer Premium opens locked photos and videos and adds a Premium badge to your profile.For buyers
