Your username and why it cannot be changed

Your username is the name other members see: on your profile, on your listings, in conversations and in reviews. It is the only name panty.com shows. Your real name and your email address are never displayed.

Rules

• 4 to 32 characters.
• Letters, numbers and the underscore.
• At least one letter.
• Each username exists once. If the one you want is taken, the sign-up form suggests free ones.

It cannot be changed

A username is fixed when the account is created. Your settings show it, but the field cannot be edited. Reviews, conversations and followers are tied to it.

Choose well

• Do not use your real name, your date of birth or the name you use on social media.
• Pick something you are happy to be called.

If you really need another name

The only way to get a different username is a new account with a new email address. Your listings, reviews, followers and conversations do not move with you. Before you do that, contact support if the reason is a safety concern.
