Emails about new order requests

When a new order request or an update on one of your orders arrives and you are not online, panty.com can tell you by email. You decide whether and how often.

Steps

1. Open Settings in Your corner.
2. Go to the section Notifications.
3. Set the three switches: the email about new order requests and updates, the one that limits these emails to one a day, and the Newsletter.
4. Tap Save.

What each switch does

• The first switch, on, means you get an email when a new order request or an update on an order arrives while you are away.
• The daily switch, on, means new requests and updates are collected into one email instead of mailed one by one.
• Newsletter: news and tips from panty.com.

Good to know

• These switches are about order requests, updates on your orders and the newsletter. The other emails, for example about Premium, are set under Emails. See choose which emails you get.
• Emails you ask for yourself, such as a login link or a password reset, always arrive.
• If you switch the emails off, you still see every new request in your orders and your alerts the next time you log in.
