Our role as a platform
panty.com provides the platform on which adults buy and sell worn panties. It is not a party to the sales made on it.
Sellers write their own listings and set their own prices. Buyers join and write to sellers for free; sellers read and reply with Premium.
Price, payment and shipping are agreed between buyer and seller, and the contract of sale is made between the two of them. Delivery, payment and any warranty under that contract are their obligations, not ours. Our terms of use explain the details.
Liability for content
We are responsible for the texts we write for these pages ourselves.
Listings, profile texts, messages and photos come from members. We do not review all of it before it appears, and we have no general duty to monitor it or to look for signs of unlawful activity.
Once we learn of a specific infringement, we remove the content without delay. If you see something that does not belong here, tell us through the contact form.
Liability for links
Some pages link to websites run by others. We have no influence over what they publish; the operator of each linked site is responsible for its content.
Linked pages were checked when the link was set, and nothing unlawful was visible then. We cannot monitor them continuously, but if you tell us a link has become a problem, we remove it.
