Your profile picture
Your profile picture shows on your profile, on your cards and in conversations. Pick one of your photos for it; the team checks every new one.
The profile picture is the small round picture next to your username. Members with a picture get more messages and more answers. It does not have to show your face.
Set or change it
- Open Edit profile in Your corner.
- Add a photo if you have none yet. Your first photo becomes your profile picture automatically.
- To use another one, open the photo and choose it as your profile picture.
A buyer's profile has one picture: adding a new one replaces the old one.
What works
- A photo from your phone or camera with at least 600 × 600 pixels. It is brought to the right size for you.
- Large photos are made smaller on your device first, and their location data is removed.
The check
Our team checks every new profile picture. Until then guests may see it blurred. A picture that breaks the house rules is not shown.
Privacy
Your picture is visible to members, and to guests if your profile is public. If you do not want to be recognized, choose a picture without your face.
