Forgot your password

A forgotten password is replaced by a new one. The old password cannot be shown to you, because it is not stored in a readable form.

Steps

1. Open the login page and tap Forgot your password?, or open Reset password directly.
2. Enter your username or your email address.
3. Tap Send link.
4. Open the email from panty.com and tap the link in it.
5. A second email brings you a new password.
6. Log in with the new password.
7. Change it to one you choose in your settings. See change your password.

If no email arrives

• Look in your spam folder.
• Make sure you used the address the account was created with.
• If the account was never activated, it needs its activation link first.

Faster

If you only want to get in, you can skip the password. Tap Email me a login link on the login page and log in with one tap from your inbox.
