Change your email address

Your email address is used for your login and for emails from panty.com. Other members never see it. You can replace it at any time.

Steps

1. Open Settings in Your corner.
2. In the section Account, replace the address in the field Email.
3. Tap Save.
4. Log in again. From now on you can log in with the new address.

Good to know

• Use an address you can open. Password resets, login links and the emails about your orders go there.
• Check the spelling before you save. A typing mistake sends your emails to someone else.
• Your username does not change with the address.

If you no longer have access to the old address

As long as you can still log in, that does not matter: change the address in your settings.

If you cannot log in and the old address is gone, a password reset cannot reach you. In that case contact support and give your username.
