What panty.com does to keep buying and selling safe, how each protection works and what it means for you. This page names only what exists today.

Adults only, checked photos

panty.com is for adults. Photos are checked before guests can see them, and explicit photos are never shown on public pages.

  1. Everyone confirms being 18 or older when joining.
  2. Listing photos are checked, automatically and by the team, before they appear on a public page.
  3. Explicit photos stay blurred for members without Premium and are never shown to guests.

For buyers: You only see explicit photos when you choose Premium.

For sellers: Your explicit photos are not public. Only members with Premium see them.

Zero tolerance for exploitation

panty.com does not tolerate exploitation of any kind.

  • No minors, ever: no member under 18, and nothing that shows or suggests a minor.
  • No one may sell under pressure or for someone else. A third party who runs a seller’s account or profits from it is not allowed.
  • No sexual services of any kind.

When we find or are told about exploitation, we remove the content, close the account and report it to the competent authorities and child-protection hotlines where the law requires.

Anyone can report, with or without an account, through the report form. Name the page concerned and say what you saw. Members can also report from every profile.

Usernames and hidden contact details

Members appear only under their usernames. Contact details in public texts are hidden, so nobody can copy them from a listing or a profile.

  1. You pick a username when you join; your real name and your email address are never shown.
  2. Phone numbers, email addresses and messenger names in listings and profiles are hidden on public pages.
  3. Price, payment and shipping are agreed in the order messages on panty.com.

For buyers: Nobody else sees whom you contact or what you buy.

For sellers: Your contact details stay private, and you decide what you share in an order.

Payments

Premium for sellers is billed by the payment processor CCBill. Payments between buyers and sellers are arranged by the two of them; panty.com does not process them and cannot refund them.

  1. Agree on the price, the payment method and the shipping in the order messages.
  2. Ask the seller for proof of shipping before you pay.
  3. Never send card details or codes in a message.

For buyers: Pay only once you know the total and have seen proof of shipping.

For sellers: Premium is a subscription billed by CCBill that you can cancel anytime. What buyers pay goes to you; panty.com takes no commission.

Reviews from confirmed orders

New reviews can only be written after an order that both sides confirmed.

  1. The seller marks the order as sold to that buyer.
  2. The buyer confirms that the parcel arrived.
  3. The buyer then has 30 days to rate the seller, and she can answer once in public.

For buyers: A rating shows what earlier buyers really received.

For sellers: Every confirmed order can bring you a review that later buyers see.

Real availability

A listing shows Reserved while an order the seller accepted is open. Sold listings leave the public pages.

  1. The seller accepts an order, and the listing shows Reserved.
  2. The order is completed, and the listing leaves the public pages as sold.
  3. If the order falls through, the listing is available again.

For buyers: You see at a glance whether a listing is still available.

For sellers: Your listings show their real state without extra work.

Verified sellers

The Verified badge shows that a seller passed an identity check: a verification photo reviewed by our team, or an age verification.

  1. The seller sends a verification photo.
  2. Our team reviews it.
  3. Once it is approved, the badge appears on her profile.

For buyers: The badge tells you that a real person passed the check.

For sellers: The badge shows buyers that you are real.

Report, block and removal

Members can report and block another member at any time. What breaks the house rules is removed.

  1. Report a profile or an order message, and the report goes to the moderation team.
  2. Block a member, and they can no longer contact you.
  3. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and accounts that break them are closed.

For buyers: Anyone who bothers you can be blocked at once.

For sellers: You can block a buyer at any time, without giving a reason.

Public texts are checked

Listings and profiles are checked for offers that the rules do not allow.

  1. Public texts are checked automatically for escort, meeting and sexual-service offers.
  2. A listing or profile with such an offer is not shown on public pages.
  3. It is listed for the moderation team.

For buyers: Public pages show items, not services.

For sellers: Keep your texts about your items; offers outside the rules stay off public pages.
