Stop emails from panty.com
Use the links at the bottom of any email, or switch the email groups and the message notifications off in your settings.
You decide how much mail you get. There are three places to turn it down, and you can use any of them.
From an email
At the bottom of our emails there are two links:
- Choose which emails you get opens your email groups. Switch off the ones you do not want.
- Email settings leads to your notification settings.
In your settings
- Open Settings.
- Under Notifications, switch off E-mail me about new messages and Newsletter.
- Under Emails, switch off the groups you do not want.
- Save each section.
What still arrives
- Emails you ask for yourself: a login link, a password reset, the link that sends your order.
- The activation email of a new account.
If you get emails for an account that is not yours
Someone may have typed your address by mistake. Without the activation link such an account never becomes active. You can ignore the email, or contact us and name the address, and we will look into it.
Closing the account
Deleting your account ends the emails that belong to it. See delete your account.
