Choose which emails you get
Switch groups of emails on or off in Settings under Emails, or with the link Choose which emails you get at the bottom of our emails.
Emails from panty.com are sorted into a few groups. You can switch a group off without losing the others.
The groups
For sellers:
- Buyers and orders: when a buyer writes to you, sends you an order or wishes for something you sell, and when a sale is confirmed or rated.
- Tips for your shop: help with your first listing and your numbers of the month.
- Premium and payments: reminders about checkout, renewals and the end of Premium.
For buyers:
- Your orders: when a seller marks your order as sold.
- Listings you may like: new listings for your wish and from sellers you follow.
- Premium and payments.
Change them in your settings
- Open Settings and go to Emails.
- Switch the groups on or off.
- Tap Save.
Change them from an email
Every email from us has the link Choose which emails you get at the bottom. It opens your preferences without a login. The link works for 30 days; after that, use your settings.
Always sent
Login links and other emails you ask for yourself always arrive.
