What happens in a dispute
Either of you can open a dispute on the escrow page while the money is held. Both of you send what you have: photos, the tracking number, your messages. An independent reviewer from the escrow service decides: a refund, a payout or a split.
Nobody can take the money out of escrow on their own: not you, not her, not panty.com.
