Log in

You log in on the login page, which you reach from Log in at the top of every page.

Steps

1. Enter your username or your email address.
2. Enter your password.
3. Tap Log in.

If it does not work

• Check for a typing mistake and whether Caps Lock is on. Passwords are case sensitive.
• Try your email address instead of your username, or the other way round.
• If your account was never activated, open the activation link from your first email. See the activation email did not arrive.
• Use Forgot your password? to set a new password.
• Use Email me a login link to get in without the password.

Messages you may see

• Confirm your email: the account still waits for its activation link.
• Your account is closed or Your account is limited: see your account is closed or limited.

On a shared device

Log out when you are done, with Log out in Your corner or in your settings.
