A charge on your card statement
Card payments for Premium are processed by CCBill, in US dollars. If you cannot place a charge, CCBill's support can look it up for you.
The only payment you make to panty.com is Premium. When you pay by card, the payment is processed by the payment provider CCBill, and that is the company your bank deals with.
What to expect
- The amount is one of the Premium prices, charged in US dollars: $19, $59.95 or $99.95. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts it, so the amount on your statement can differ a little.
- A card plan renews, so the same charge comes back at the end of each period until you cancel.
If you cannot place a charge
- Check whether it matches a Premium price and the day you bought or renewed.
- Open the Premium page while logged in. It shows whether Premium is active and until when.
- Ask at CCBill's support site. CCBill processed the payment and can tell you which subscription a charge belongs to.
Receipts
panty.com does not issue invoices for payments between members, because those payments do not pass through us. For a question about a Premium payment, contact support.
