Premium, payments and renewals

What happens when Premium ends

Your account goes back to the free plan. Your profile, listings and conversations stay, but as a seller you no longer read what buyers write.

Premium ends when a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its paid period, when a renewal fails, or when a one-time plan runs out. Nothing is deleted when that happens.

What stays

  • Your account and your username.
  • Your profile, your photos and your listings. Listings stay live.
  • Your conversations, your followers, your reviews and your sales count.

What changes for sellers

  • New messages from buyers are hidden again. You see that someone wrote, not what.
  • You cannot reply to buyer wishes and orders.
  • You see how many followers you have, not who they are.
  • The daily limit of 3 new listings applies again.
  • The Premium mark leaves your profile.

What changes for buyers

A buyer's account goes back to what a free account includes. Writing to sellers and reading their answers stays free.

Come back any time

Open the Premium page and choose a plan. Premium is active again as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the messages that arrived in the meantime become readable.
