Cancel Premium
Cancel in your settings under Delete account, with Cancel only Premium, or at CCBill. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
You can cancel a card subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not end your Premium early. Your Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payment is taken.
Cancel on panty.com
- Open Settings in Your corner.
- In the section Account, tap Delete account. Nothing is deleted by opening this page.
- Under Only stop Premium?, tap Cancel only Premium.
- The page shows until when your Premium stays active. Choose a reason if you like.
- Tap Cancel Premium.
Your account, your photos and your conversations stay as they are.
Cancel at CCBill
Premium paid by card is billed by CCBill. You can also cancel the subscription yourself at CCBill's support site.
Good to know
- If the page says there is no running Premium subscription, there is nothing to cancel.
- After the end date your account is on the free plan again. As a seller you then no longer read what buyers write, until you get Premium again.
