Your renewal did not go through
When a card renewal fails, Premium ends at the end of the paid period. Renew on the Premium page with the same or another card.
A renewal can fail for ordinary reasons: not enough funds on the card that day, an expired card, or a bank that blocked the payment. When that happens, your Premium is not extended and ends with the period you had paid for.
How you notice
- Your home can show a card at the very top: Your renewal didn't go through, with the button Renew Premium.
- You may get an email with the same message.
- New messages from buyers are hidden again, as on the free plan.
Renew
- Tap Renew Premium, or open the Premium page.
- Choose a plan.
- Pay with the same card once the reason is solved, or with another card.
Premium is active again as soon as the payment is confirmed. Messages that arrived in the meantime become readable.
Before you try again
- Check that the card is valid and has enough funds.
- Ask your bank to allow the payment if it was blocked.
Nothing is lost
Your account, your listings, your photos and your conversations stay as they are while Premium is off.
