Where your messages are

Messages is one of the main areas after you log in: in the header on a computer and in the bar at the bottom on a phone. Your corner shows the number of new messages.

How it is organized

• There is one conversation per member. Everything you and that member wrote to each other is in it, oldest at the top.
• The list shows the newest conversation first. Unread filters for conversations with something new.
• Cards appear inside a conversation: a buyer's wish, a direct order, a sale marked as sold, the confirmation and the rating.

Open a conversation

Tap it in the list. On a phone the conversation fills the screen; the arrow takes you back to the list.

What you can do in a conversation

• Write a message, with a photo if you like.
• Send one of your listings (sellers).
• Mark a sale as sold (sellers) or confirm that it arrived (buyers).
• Open the other member's profile.
• Delete a message or the whole conversation for yourself.
• Report or block the member.

Older messages load when you scroll up.
