Send a request or a note

You send an order request from a member's profile or listing, which opens your order with them, or you open an order you already have in your orders.

Steps

1. Open the order.
2. Type your request or your note into the text field at the bottom.
3. Tap the send button.

Your text appears at the end of the order at once.

Good to know

• A text has a maximum length. A counter shows how many characters are left, and tells you by how many a text is too long.
• An empty text cannot be sent. A photo needs a few words too.
• On a first order request to a seller, ready-made lines under the text field help you start. Tap one and edit it.
• If you are logged out while typing, the page tells you so and your text is not sent. Log in again and send it once more.

Sellers

On the free plan the text field is replaced by a note that Premium lets you read and accept order requests. See requests you cannot read yet.

Stay safe

Keep the whole order on panty.com, and never send a code, a password or card details in a note.
