Messages and orders

From order request to review, step by step

An order runs through one conversation: request, agreement, payment, shipping, the seller's Sold to him, the buyer's Yes, received, and the review.

There is no shopping cart on panty.com. An order is a conversation between one buyer and one seller, with two cards that make the sale official.

The steps

  1. Order request. The buyer contacts the seller from a listing or her profile and says what he would like.
  2. Agreement. The two settle the item, the total, the payment method and the shipping in the conversation.
  3. Payment. The buyer pays the seller directly.
  4. Shipping. The seller ships the parcel herself.
  5. Sold to him. The seller marks the sale in the conversation. The buyer gets a card and an alert.
  6. Yes, received. The buyer confirms that the parcel arrived. If it has not, he answers Not yet.
  7. Review. The buyer can rate the order within 30 days. The seller can reply once in public.

What the cards do

  • A confirmed sale counts on the seller's profile.
  • Only a confirmed sale can be reviewed.
  • One sale can be open per buyer and seller at a time.

What panty.com does not do

It does not take the payment, hold the money or ship the parcel. Steps 3 and 4 happen between the two of you.
