Alerts

Alerts is the bell in the header and in the bar at the bottom. A number on it shows how many alerts are new.

What you find there

• A member follows you.
• A member sent you a message.
• A seller marked a sale as sold to you, or a buyer confirmed your sale or said it has not arrived yet.
• A buyer rated your order.
• A buyer is looking for something you sell.
• News about your verification, if you sent a photo for it.

Each alert links to the place it is about: the conversation, the profile or your followers.

Use it

• New alerts are marked. They count as seen once you opened the page.
• A filter narrows the list, for example to messages or to follows.
• The newest alerts are at the top.

Alerts, emails and push

• Alerts are always there when you log in.
• Emails are optional. See emails about new messages.
• Notifications from your browser are optional as well. See push notifications.

Switching emails or push off never removes an alert from this list.
