Delete a message or a conversation

Deleting tidies your own inbox. It does not take anything back: what you sent stays with the member who received it.

Delete one message

1. Open the conversation.
2. Open the options of the message.
3. Choose Delete for me and confirm.

The message disappears from your side of the conversation. The other member still sees it.

Delete a whole conversation

1. Open the conversation.
2. Open its options at the top.
3. Choose to delete the conversation and confirm.

All its messages disappear from your inbox. The other member keeps them.

Before you delete

• Your order messages are your record if something goes wrong with an order. Keep them until the order is done.
• If the reason is a member who bothers you, report or block them. Deleting does not stop new messages; blocking does.

Good to know

A message cannot be recalled or edited after it was sent. If you sent something by mistake, say so in a new message.
