Send a photo in a message
Tap Add a photo in a conversation and choose a JPG, PNG or GIF of up to 5 MB. The other member can download it once.
A message can carry one photo, for example a picture of the item before you ship it.
Send a photo
- Open the conversation.
- Tap Add a photo.
- Choose a photo: JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 5 MB.
- Write a few words. A photo cannot be sent without text.
- Send the message.
You can take the photo out again with Remove photo before you send.
Receive a photo
- Tap Download photo on the message.
- Confirm. You can download a photo only once, so save it on your device.
After that the message shows that the photo is no longer available.
If it does not work
- A photo larger than 5 MB is refused. Make it smaller or choose another one.
- Other file types are refused. Take a screenshot of the photo or save it as JPG.
Rules
Send only photos of yourself and your items. Photos of other people, and anything that shows or suggests a minor, are not allowed. A member who sends you something like that can be reported from the conversation.
