Order requests you cannot read as a seller
On the free plan a seller sees that a buyer sent an order request, but not what it says. Premium opens every request, also the ones that arrived before.
A seller's profile and listings are free. Reading and accepting order requests is what Premium is for. That is why a seller without Premium finds order requests in her orders that she cannot open yet.
What you see on the free plan
- The order in your list, with a note that something new is waiting and that Premium lets you read it.
- Inside the order, the buyer's text is marked as hidden.
- Instead of the text field, a box says that with Premium you can read and accept every order request.
- Your home shows how many buyers are waiting for you.
What you can still do
- Read a direct order card, including what the buyer is after and his budget range.
- See that a buyer follows you, and how many followers you have.
- Edit your listings and your profile, so the next buyer finds even more.
Open them
- Tap the button to Premium inside the order, or open the Premium page.
- Choose a plan and pay.
- As soon as the payment is confirmed, every order request is readable, including the ones that were waiting.
When Premium ends
New order requests are hidden again until you renew.
