Block and unblock a member

Blocking is the quickest way to cut someone off. You do not have to give a reason, and the other member is not told.

Block

1. Open the member's profile and tap the round Block button, or open the options of your order with them and choose Block.
2. Confirm.

What blocking does

• No more requests or notes, in either direction.
• You are hidden from each other in lists.
• You can no longer follow each other.

It does not delete what you already have in your orders, and it is not a report. If the member broke the rules, report them as well.

Unblock

1. Open Settings and go to Blocked.
2. Tap Unblock next to the member.

The list of blocked members is also reachable from Your corner. After unblocking you can send each other requests again.

If blocking is refused

If the site says that blocking is a Premium feature, your current plan does not include it. You can still report the member, and reports are open to everyone.

Good to know

A review cannot be prevented by blocking. A buyer who confirmed an order can rate it even if the seller blocked him afterwards.
