A buyer sent you an order request

New order requests from buyers arrive in your orders with an alert. With Premium you read and accept them; on the free plan you see that a request came in.

When a buyer orders from you, his order request lands in your orders. You get an alert, and your home shows how many buyers are waiting for you.

With Premium

  1. Open your orders.
  2. Open the order with that buyer.
  3. Read what he would like. Confirm the order there if you want to sell it.

On the free plan

You see that a buyer sent an order request, not what it says. The request is marked as hidden, with a note that Premium lets you read it. Your listings stay live either way.

Be quick

  • Buyers often send order requests to several sellers. The first clear confirmation usually gets the order.
  • Name the total with shipping when you confirm, if you can.
  • Say how and when you ship, so the buyer does not have to ask.

Good to know

  • You can add one of your listings to the order, so the buyer sees exactly which item you mean.
  • A buyer who bothers you can be reported and blocked from the order page.
