Rate an order
After you confirmed that an order arrived, you can rate the seller with 1 to 5 stars and a short text. You have 30 days and one review per order.
You can rate a seller after a sale that both of you confirmed: she marked it as sold to you, and you tapped Yes, received. From then on you have 30 days.
Steps
- Open the card of the sale in your orders and tap Rate your order.
- Choose 1 to 5 stars.
- Add your review text, between 20 and 1,000 characters. What did you like? How were the packaging and the shipping?
- Tick what fits, if you like: As described, Discreet packaging, or the tag for a quick seller.
- Tap Publish review.
Rules
- One review per order.
- No names, addresses or contact details in the text. A review with contact details is refused.
- Your review appears on her profile with your username and the mark Verified order.
- The seller can add one public note under your review.
Your reviews are listed under My reviews.
