Confirm that your order arrived

After shipping, the seller marks the item as sold to you. You get an alert and a card in your conversation with her that asks Did it arrive?

Steps

1. Open your messages and the conversation with the seller.
2. Find the card that says she marked this as sold to you.
3. Tap Yes, received once the parcel is in your hands.
4. The review opens. You can rate her now or later, within 30 days.

If it has not arrived

Tap Not yet. The seller is told that it has not arrived, and she can mark the sale again once it has. Write to her in the same conversation and ask about the shipping.

Why it matters

• Only a sale you confirmed counts as a sale on her profile.
• Only a sale you confirmed can be reviewed. That is why reviews here come from real orders.
• There is one open sale per buyer and seller at a time, so answer the card before the next order.
