How buying works

You buy directly from the seller. panty.com brings the two of you together and keeps your order messages in one place; the sale itself is between you and her.

Steps

1. Find a listing in the Market or a seller in the sellers list.
2. Contact the seller from her listing or her profile and say what you would like.
3. Agree on the price, the payment method and the shipping in your order messages. Settle the total before anything is sent.
4. Pay her directly, the way you both agreed.
5. She ships the item and marks it as sold to you. You get a card in your messages.
6. When the parcel is there, tap Yes, received.
7. Rate your order. You have 30 days.

Good to know

• Contacting sellers is free for buyers.
• panty.com does not process the payment and cannot refund it. Read pay a seller before your first order.
• Keep everything in your order messages. They are your record if something goes wrong.
