Reviews about you and how to reply
A buyer can rate you after a sale you both confirmed. Reviews show on your profile, and you can answer each one once in public.
Reviews come from real sales. A buyer can only rate you after you marked a sale as sold to him and he confirmed that it arrived. He then has 30 days, and he can rate each order once.
Where you see them
- On your profile, in the reviews section, with the mark Verified order.
- Under My reviews in your account, in the list of reviews about you.
- You get an alert when a buyer rated your order.
Your rating on cards and on your profile is the average of all your reviews.
Reply to a review
- Open the review on your own profile or under My reviews.
- Tap Reply.
- Write your public reply, up to 300 characters. Say thank you or add a short note.
- Tap Post reply.
There is one reply per review, shown under it. No contact details.
A review you think is unfair
You cannot delete a review. If it breaks the rules, for example with insults or contact details, report it. See report a review. A calm public reply often does more than anything else.
