The activation email did not arrive
Look in your spam folder first. If the email is not there, ask for a new activation link with your username or your email address.
A new account starts with one email from panty.com. It contains the activation link, and your account is ready as soon as you open it. Until then the site shows you the page Confirm your email.
If the email is not in your inbox
- Wait a few minutes. Emails can take a moment.
- Look in your spam or junk folder and in tabs such as Promotions.
- Check that you typed your address correctly when you signed up.
Send the link again
- Open Resend activation.
- Enter your username or your email address.
- Tap Send link.
If an account with these details is still waiting for activation, a new link is on its way. The page gives the same answer for every address, so it never tells anyone whether an address has an account.
Still nothing
If you typed a wrong address at sign-up, the link went to that address and cannot be redirected by you. In that case contact support.
