Something was not saved

When a change is refused, the page says so and nothing is changed. Check your connection, log in again if needed and repeat the step.

panty.com tells you when a change did not go through. In that case nothing was changed halfway: either it was saved, or it was not.

Messages and what they mean

  • No connection: your device was offline for a moment. What you entered is still in the form on most pages. Send it again.
  • You are logged out: log in again, then repeat the step.
  • That did not work. Please try again: the request was refused or interrupted. Reload the page and try once more.
  • This page is out of date: the page was open for a long time. Reload it and send again.

In your settings

Each section of the settings has its own Save button. A change you made in one section is not saved by the button of another. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, it warns you.

In the profile and the listing editor

  • The profile editor saves when you press Save.
  • A listing you are writing is kept in your browser until you save it.

If it keeps failing

  1. Try another browser or a private window.
  2. Switch off extensions that block parts of pages.
  3. Contact support with the page, what you tried to change and the message you saw.
