Buyer wishes and direct orders in your messages

Buyers can send a wish or a direct order to several sellers at once. You see it as a card in your messages and reply with Premium, or tap Not for me.

Not every buyer writes a personal first message. Some say once what they are looking for and let it go to the sellers who offer it. You see these requests as cards.

A buyer wish

A wish is a buyer's description of what he is looking for: a category, a budget range, a text and the extras he would pay for. It appears at the top of your conversation with him. A buyer who made a wish that fits you also follows you.

A direct order

A direct order is built from taps: what he is after, the details, and his budget as a range. The card says how many sellers it was sent to. You can read it without Premium.

  • Reply opens the text field. On the free plan it leads to Premium.
  • Not for me tells us you are not interested in this one.
  • With Premium, short replies to tap appear under the card, such as "Send me your details". They fill the text field, and you can edit them before you send.

Sellers without Premium also get a short email about a direct order. It says who wants to order and for which budget; the details are on the card.

Good to know

  • These buyers wrote to several sellers. A quick, clear answer matters.
  • Answer with a total and what is included.
  • If you do not want emails about orders, switch the group Buyers and orders off in your email preferences.
