Ships first, pay after proof of shipping

A seller with the Ships first badge sends proof of shipping before you pay. You then pay as agreed and tap I paid.

Ships first turns the usual order around. The seller posts the parcel and shows you the proof, and only then do you pay. panty.com does not hold or handle the money in between.

How to find these sellers

  • The badge Ships first shows on the seller's profile and on her listing cards.
  • In the Market you can filter for Ships first.

How a Ships first order runs

  1. You agree on the order in your order messages, as always.
  2. The seller marks the sale and ships. She adds her proof: the tracking number with the carrier, a photo of the postal receipt, or both.
  3. You get a note that the proof is there. Open it; a known carrier has a link to track the parcel.
  4. Pay as you agreed, then tap I paid.
  5. She can confirm that the payment arrived.
  6. When the parcel is there, tap Yes, received. Then you can rate her.

Your part of the deal

Pay once the proof is there. A seller can report a payment as missing from 7 days after her proof. If you paid, tap I paid, and the team looks at it. A buyer with repeated confirmed cases can no longer use Ships first.

Good to know

Only you and the seller see the proof of shipping.
