You pay the seller directly, the way you both agree in your order messages. panty.com does not process the payment and cannot refund it.
The payment for an item goes directly from you to the seller. The two of you choose the method in your order messages. panty.com does not process payments between members, never holds the money and takes no commission.
Before you pay
- Agree on the total: the item, extras and shipping.
- Agree on the payment method.
- Ask how and when she ships. You can ask for proof of shipping before you pay.
- Make sure all of this is written in your order messages.
Rules that protect you
- Never send card details, a password or a code in a message.
- Never pay with gift cards.
- Keep the conversation on panty.com. A seller who pushes you to pay or write somewhere else can be reported.
What panty.com cannot do
Because the payment does not pass through panty.com, it cannot be refunded or reversed by us. If something goes wrong, see something went wrong with an order.
Premium is the only payment made to panty.com itself. It is billed by CCBill.
