Offer Ships first as a seller

With Ships first you take the first step: you post the parcel, show the proof, and the buyer pays after it. It makes it easy for a new buyer to say yes. It is your choice, for your shop and for every single sale.

Switch it on

1. Open Settings and go to Ships first.
2. Switch on I ship first and save.

Your profile and your listings then show the Ships first badge.

In a sale

1. Tap Sold to him. The sheet has the Ships first switch, set the way your settings say. You can switch it off for any single sale.
2. After posting, tap Add proof of shipping: choose the carrier and enter the tracking number, add a photo of the postal receipt, or both. The location data of the photo is removed.
3. The buyer gets a note and pays. He taps I paid.
4. Check that the money is there and tap Payment received.
5. He confirms that the parcel arrived.

If he does not pay

From 7 days after your proof you can tap Report not paid. If he says he paid, the team looks at it.

The buyer record

In a conversation you see a buyer's record: how often he paid after shipping, open payments and confirmed orders. Ships first is not available for a buyer who was blocked from it.
