Ship discreetly
You ship every parcel yourself. Use plain packaging, agree on the shipping method and cost in your order messages, and keep your proof of posting.
Shipping is your part of the sale. panty.com does not ship and has no shipping partner, so you choose the method and agree on it with the buyer.
Before you ship
- Agree on the total with shipping in your order messages.
- Make sure the buyer has paid, the way you both agreed.
- Ask for the delivery address in the conversation, never in a public text.
Packing
- Seal the item so it arrives the way you sent it.
- Use plain packaging with nothing on the outside that hints at the contents.
- For parcels to another country, the customs form names the contents. Tell the buyer before you ship.
Your own privacy
- You can post the parcel at a post office counter or a parcel locker instead of from home.
- Decide what you put as the return address before you go.
After posting
- Keep the receipt or the tracking number. A buyer who asks where the parcel is can be answered at once.
- Tap Sold to him in the conversation, so the buyer can confirm the delivery.
