When you get paid
You confirm an order at your listed price plus postage, ship it with tracking, and the buyer pays after your proof of shipping.
You sell at the price on your listing, plus postage. The buyer pays once the parcel is on its way.
How an order runs
- A buyer sends you an order request for one of your listings.
- You confirm it at the listed price plus postage and tell him the total.
- You ship in plain packaging, with tracking where the carrier offers it, and send him your proof of shipping: the tracking number or a photo of the postal receipt.
- He pays after your proof of shipping.
- You tap Sold to him, and he confirms when the parcel has arrived. Then he can review you.
With the Ships first badge, buyers see at a glance that you ship before they pay. After your proof he pays and taps I paid. See offer Ships first as a seller.
Good to know
- Listing is free.
- Keep the whole order in your orders on panty.com, from the request to the arrival.
Stay safe
- Never send card details, a password or a code in a note, and never ask a buyer for them.
- Be careful with buyers who want to move the order somewhere else or who send a payment "by mistake" and ask for part of it back. You can report and block them.
