Write to a seller without an account

You do not have to sign up first. On a listing and on a seller's profile there is a box to contact her directly: you write your order request and give your email address for her answer.

Steps

1. Open the listing or the profile and go to the box Contact with her name.
2. Write your order request, up to 600 characters and at least two words.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Tick the box: you confirm that you are 18 or older and accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
5. Tap Send.
6. Open the email from panty.com and tap the link. Your request goes out to her.

What happens with your email address

• A new address creates your free buyer account. The seller only ever sees your username.
• An address that already has a buyer account gets a link that logs you in and sends the request. It works once, for 60 minutes.

Not possible in a first request

Links, phone numbers, email addresses and messenger names. There is also a daily limit per connection, per device and per seller, so sellers are not flooded.
