After you sent a direct order

Once your direct order is sent, each seller you picked gets it as a card in her messages. You do not have to do anything else: replies come to your messages.

Where you see what happened

Your home in Your corner has one line about your newest order: how many sellers it went to, how many of them saw it and how many replied so far. While the order is still on its way, the line says so.

If you ordered as a guest

Your order is sent only after you tapped the link in the email from panty.com. If you see the page Check your inbox:

1. Open the email and tap the link.
2. For an address that already has a buyer account, the link also logs you in. It works once, for 60 minutes.
3. No email after a few minutes? Use the link on that page to send it again, and look in your spam folder.

Limits

• One direct order every seven days per account.
• One order waiting per device at a time.
• An order that is never confirmed by the email link expires and is not sent.
