A seller has not confirmed your request
Sellers on the free plan cannot read your order request yet, and not every seller is online every day. Pick sellers who were recently active and have Premium.
No confirmation yet is rarely about you. There are two common reasons, and both are easy to work around.
Why she may not have confirmed
- She is on the free plan. A seller without Premium sees that a buyer sent her an order request, but not what it says. She can only read and accept your request after she gets Premium.
- She has not been online. Some sellers log in every day, others once in a while.
- She is busy with other orders, or the request is not something she offers.
What you can do
- Look at her profile: when was she last active, and does she carry the Premium mark?
- In the sellers list, filter for Recently active and Premium, and send your request to one or two more sellers.
- Make your request specific. A clear request is easier to confirm.
- Send a wish, so sellers who sell what you want see it. See tell sellers what you want.
- Send a direct order to many sellers at once. See send a direct order.
What not to do
Do not send the same request again and again. There is an hourly sending limit, and repeated requests can be reported as spam.
