How visitors contact you from My page

A visitor who comes from your social media usually has no account yet. Your page makes the first step easy for them.

On a Premium page

1. The visitor taps the button to message you.
2. They write what they would like and enter their email address.
3. They confirm with the link in the email from panty.com. That creates their free buyer account.
4. Their message lands in your messages, like every other order request. You answer there.

A visitor who is already logged in as a member is taken straight to the conversation with you.

On a Basic page

There is no form. The button sends visitors to your panty.com profile, where they can join and contact you.

What visitors never get

• Your email address, your phone number or any other contact detail.
• A way to pay you through the page.

Good to know

• Messages from your page count like all other messages: you read and answer them with Premium.
• If you open your own page and try the form, it tells you that this is your own page.
