- If nothing fits, try other words. The search understands common variants and small typing mistakes.
Browse
The home page of the help center shows the categories as cards. Each category lists its articles, and each article names related ones at the end.
Read an article
- The answer comes first.
- Steps are numbered.
- Words in bold are the names of buttons and pages, as you see them on the site.
- An article about a feature appears only while that feature is available to members.
Tell us whether it helped
Under every article you can answer Was this helpful? with Yes or No. A No leads you to support and shows us which answer needs work.
The short version
The page with frequently asked questions answers the most common questions in a few sentences each. Not every language site has that page.
