The sales count on your profile

Your profile shows how many sales buyers confirmed. A sale counts when you marked it as sold and the buyer tapped Yes, received.

The number of sales on your profile is not something you type in. It counts the sales that a buyer confirmed, so it tells other buyers what really happened.

What counts

  1. You tap Sold to him in the conversation and mark the sale.
  2. The buyer taps Yes, received.

From that moment the sale is in your count. A sale the buyer answered with Not yet, or has not answered at all, does not count.

Why your count may be lower than your real sales

  • Sales you never marked. If you ship without marking the sale, there is nothing for the buyer to confirm.
  • Sales the buyer did not confirm. You can remind him in the conversation.
  • Sales from before this handshake existed.

How to raise it

  • Mark every sale right after you shipped it.
  • Tell the buyer in a message that a card is waiting for his confirmation.
  • Remember that there is one open sale per buyer at a time, so an unanswered card blocks the next one with the same buyer.

Confirmed sales are also what makes reviews possible.
