The Verified badge
The Verified badge shows that a seller passed a check by our team with a verification photo, or an age verification.
A small Verified mark next to a seller's name tells buyers that she passed a check: a verification photo reviewed by our team, or an age verification.
What it means for buyers
The badge tells you that a real person is behind the profile. It is not a guarantee for an order: reviews, recent activity and clear answers still matter.
Where it shows
On the seller's profile, on her cards and in conversations with her.
What it does not tell you
- It says nothing about how fast she answers or ships.
- It is not a rating. A seller's reviews come from buyers who confirmed an order.
- A seller without the badge is not suspicious. Many sellers simply have not asked for the check.
