Your email address stays private

Your email address is between you and panty.com. No other member can see it, on no page and in no order.

What it is used for

• Logging in. You can log in with your username or with your email address.
• The activation link of your account.
• Password resets and login links.
• The emails you chose to get, for example about new order requests or orders.

Where it never appears

• On your profile or your listings.
• In your orders. The member on the other side of an order sees your username.
• In reviews.
• In emails to other members. A seller who gets an email about your order sees your username.

Sellers and buyers

A seller never needs your email address to sell to you, and a buyer never needs a seller's. Everything about an order stays in your orders on panty.com. If someone asks for your address "to send details", say no; that is how orders get moved off panty.com.

Keep it private yourself

• Do not put it into your About me, a listing or a review. Contact details in public texts are not allowed and are hidden or refused.
• Use an address that does not show your full name, if you want to stay anonymous.
