Selling and taxes

panty.com does not give tax or legal advice and does not report your sales. What applies to your income depends on where you live.

Whether and how your income from selling is taxed depends on the country you live in and on your own situation. panty.com cannot answer that for you and makes no statement about the law in your country.

What panty.com does and does not do

  • panty.com does not process the payments between you and your buyers. The money goes directly to you.
  • Because of that, panty.com has no record of what you earned and issues no income statement.
  • Premium is a payment you make to panty.com. It is billed by CCBill.

What you can do

  • Keep your own record of what you sold and what you were paid. Your order messages and the sale cards help.
  • Ask a tax adviser or the tax office where you live how to declare it.
  • Read the guide on tax and rules, if your language site has one, under guides. It explains the questions to ask, not the answers for your case.

Is selling allowed at all?

That also depends on where you live. panty.com is for adults only, and every listing follows the house rules.
