Dirty and very bad-smelling

I thought it was going to be great but I was disappointed. the first package got lost without tracking, so she was kind enough to send a replacement with tracking, but it had less stuff than the first package. I was eagerly waiting but I was disappointed by the smell. It wasn't in a sealed bag which would've kept the "freshness" and it smelled really sour. The bottle of liquid was empty too. I tried to let them dry out with no improvement. Very disappointed that I wasted money and had to wait over 2 weeks.
