Every listing has one seller, and she answers your questions herself. Send her an order request from the listing; questions about the fabric or the wear time go in the same message. She confirms it at the listed price plus postage, ships it and marks it as sold; you confirm that the parcel arrived, and then you can leave her a review.

With Ships first she sends proof of shipping, a tracking number or a postal receipt, before you pay.

Sizes and fabrics

Listings use the scale from XS to XXL. UK and US brands size differently, so if the listing gives no size, ask. Most sellers state the fabric (cotton, lace, lycra, nylon, knit) and the cut, from thong and tanga to Brazilian, classic brief and boy short. Many also say how long a pair will be worn, anything from a single day to a full week.

Packaging and safety

  • Plain packaging. Every parcel goes out with nothing on the outside that hints at what's inside.
  • Your choice of address. A PO box, parcel locker or collection point works instead of your home address, if you prefer. Put it in your order request.
  • Customs. If the seller ships from another country, the parcel usually needs a customs declaration.
